Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate – Creative Direction to join our Catalog Creative team. In this role, you will bridge studio production, post-production, and AI-driven creative workflows to deliver high-quality fashion catalog content. You will collaborate with photographers, stylists, editors, and AI production teams to ensure visually compelling product imagery while maintaining consistency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine AI prompts for image generation and enhancement.
- Collaborate with production, post-production, and AI teams to ensure high-quality creative outputs.
- Create and maintain creative guidelines for studio and AI-based image production.
- Translate fashion trends and category requirements into creative shoot briefs and visual outputs.
- Evaluate images for styling, garment fit, lighting, composition, editing, and overall visual quality.
- Identify recurring quality issues and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stylists, photographers, editors, and cross-functional teams to achieve creative objectives.
- Support image selection, cropping, framing, and consistency for enhanced customer experience.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and AI-driven creative production initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in fashion studios, fashion houses, retail, or e-commerce environments.
- Experience working in high-volume creative production environments.
- Strong understanding of fashion styling, garment fit, visual storytelling, and digital content creation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant creative work is mandatory.
