KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and handle litigation matter across various legal forums
- Conduct trials and prepare legal documentation including pleadings, applications, motions, written submissions, and appellate documents
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings
- Provide strategic advice and research complex legal issues to support case strategy
- Coordinate with senior advocates and counsels for case preparation and arguments
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide regular updates
- Ensure proper management of case files and maintain accurate and updated documentation
- Assist in negotiations, dispute resolution, and settlement discussions where applicable
- Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support case preparation and legal advisory work
- Draft, review, edit, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and bar association rules and regulations





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Bar Admission: Active Bar Council of India (BCI) enrollment or All India Bar Examination (AIBE) clearance
- Experience: 1-3 years of legal experience (litigation, corporate law, or general practice)
- Legal Research: Proficiency in conducting legal research using various resources and legal databases
- Writing Skills: Exceptional legal writing and drafting abilities with robust attention to detail
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and legal arguments
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret laws and legal precedents
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
- Ethics & Integrity: Strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and legal standards
