- Formulate annual maintenance budgets and implement cost-saving measures through strategic spare parts planning and sourcing.
- Supervise, train, and conduct periodic performance appraisals for a team of technicians and engineers.

Experience In Working With Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance .

1. Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all maintenance functionalities.

2. Provide Training on maintenance related subjects to enhance skill and knowledge

1. Prepare maintenance budget.

Improvise maintenance operations to save on costs and work time.

3. Initiate spare parts planning and economical sourcing ,servicing and job work

1. Maintain efficiency levels.

2. Support staff and personnel to improve output achievements.

3. Review and evaluate maintenance operations.

People

1. Build a well-operated maintenance team.

2. Assist and supervise maintenance team to handle all maintenance works.

3. Periodic appraisal of all the staff and maintenance personals.
