Experience: 4 - 8+ years

Qualification: diploma OR B. Tech

Job description:

1. Responsible for day-to-day production activities & output.
2. Supervising the production activities to reach the required quantity.
3. Controlling Manpower on shift basis & Job allocation.
4. Coordinating with engineering team for line setup, balancing & process improvement.
5. To Monitor and reduce the Process reworks and scraps on day-to-day basis with proper action plans
6. Analysis the failure & rejections implementing the corrective actions and monitoring the sustainability of the corrective actions.
7. Providing technical support to the team, by means of Training
8.



Closely work with PPC in order to understand the requirements and to execute the same.
9. To monitor the process in accordance with the standards, Work instructions.
10. To maintain the production equipments, tooling equipment in positive condition, and closely work with maintenance team for the preventive maintenance.
11. To depute the right people on right operations (with proper training and instructions)
12. To maintain the 3C & 5S in the shop floors.
13. To Communicate the daily production details and rejection details to the team and create awareness
14. Responsible for all Logistics activities- dispatch & co-ordinate with Customer.
15. Reporting to Management regarding shop floor activities.
