This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills - Verbal Ability Coach based in Lucknow at Chandigarh University Uttar Pradesh. The role involves conducting lectures, training sessions, and workshops focused on soft skills and verbal ability. The coach will provide personalized mentoring to students, assist in developing communication skills, enhance public speaking abilities, and foster confidence. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with the academic team to develop course content and evaluate student performances.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in soft skills training and verbal reasoning.
- Ability to design training modules and customize instructional approaches for different learning levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and build rapport with students.
- Relevant experience or certification in soft skills and communication training is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
