Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager Controlling

Role Summary

The Operations / Plant Controller will be responsible for endtoend financial controlling of manufacturing operations . The role focuses on cost control, product costing, inventory management, CAPEX controlling, and performance reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with MANN+HUMMEL standards.

Main Tasks

- Drive plant cost optimization (materials, labor, overheads, supply chain, inventory, and GA).
- Manage and roll out standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing in SAP.
- Lead cost savings, VAVE, and costhunting initiatives.
- Control and monitor CAPEX planning, approvals, and budget adherence.
- Oversee inventory levels and improve inventory efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls,



audit requirements, and group guidelines.

Experience

- CA / CMA (or Inter) or degree in Finance / Business Administration.
- 2-5 years as a Plant / Operations Controller in manufacturing (Automotive or Auto Ancillary preferred).
- Strong SAP FICO knowledge: MM/SD exposure is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, cost control, and business partnering skills.
- Fluent in English.
