We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Coordinator to support sales operations and customer service activities. The role involves order processing, invoice coordination, customer communication, report generation, and coordination with internal departments for smooth execution of sales and service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams for timely dispatch and issue resolution.
- Generate sales reports and maintain administrative records.
Qualifications Experience
- Any Graduate / Business Administration or related field.
- 2 8 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administration.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Advanced Excel, Power BI knowledge preferred.
