Job Summary

The Software Engineer IV is a full-stack developer and technical leader proficient at designing and

developing all layers of complex software applications. This engineer works on an agile product

development team as a hands-on contributor, collaborator, and leader. The Software Engineer IV plays

an significant role on their team by leading significant initiatives, establishing team best practices,

helping teammates grow as engineers, and who proposes new technology solutions which transform

Knowledge & Requirement

- High level of experience with multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot experience preferred)
- High level of experience with multiple client-side programming languages (JavaScript, React experience is good to have)
- High level experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices.
- Experience using cloud services for concepts such as storage and compute. Capable of applying infrastructure as code practices. Experience with Kubernetes and AWS preferred.
- Exhibits profound expertise in software design best practices, including comprehensive mastery of SOLID principles and the development of modular, incremental, and extensible system architectures.
- Experience with relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale business and technical transformations by strategically applying AI, driving architectural modernization, and guiding teams through complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Deep expertise in evaluating, designing, and integrating AI toolsets across the entire SDLC, ensuring scalable architectures, consistent engineering standards, and alignment with long-term technical strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced developer IDEs and AI assistants, backed by a strong record of accelerating engineering productivity, optimizing workflows, and enabling teams to deliver higher-quality solutions faster.

Education & Experience

- Minimum years of work experience: 10+ years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT
