Job Duties:

- Setup RTL QA flows for RTL design quality checks. Responsible for RTL design quality using Lint, CDC /RDC.
- Understand the design Top level interfaces, clock /reset structure, CDC boundaries.
- Running Lint, CDC/RDC, Synthesis and collaborating with RTL leads to debug and drive quality checks.
- Checking flow errors, design errors and reviewing reports. Debugging issues and coming up with RTL fixes required.
- Work with synthesis and backend teams, when required.
- Scripting language experience: Perl, Ruby, Makefile, shell preferred.
- Exposure to Perforce or Git is desirable.

- The work will expose the designer to several IP including ARM cores, Ethernet, DDR, DMA, PCIE, SATA and AMD internal IPs. Successful candidates will be responsible for leading/ participating in, the design of leading edge SoC s in advanced digital CMOS processes.
- Our RTL Design Engineers are expected contribute to all aspects of SoC design including Chip definition, Architecture development and modelling, Development of micro-architectural specifications, Conversion of micro-architectural specifications to logic implementation, Verification, emulation, debug, synthesis,



and timing closure, Interfacing with physical execution, software, and silicon bring-up teams.
- SoC Architecture knowledge and hands-on experience from industry ASIC design flow including RTL coding, debugging/verification, and supporting synthesis and timing closure. Working knowledge of ARM cores and other I/O standard interfaces. An ideal candidate would also exhibit: Strong communication and documentation skills, Good organizational, time management and multitasking skills, Robust initiative and discipline to follow-through

EDUCATION:

- Bachelors or master s in computer engineering
- 5-8 years of experience.

Must haves:

- Setup RTL QA flows for RTL design quality checks.
- Running Lint, CDC/RDC, Synthesis and collaborating with RTL leads
- Scripting language experience: Perl, Ruby, Makefile, shell.
- Exposure to Perforce or Git.

Interview Process:

- 2 rounds Face to face interview at Bangalore of 1 hour each
