Role & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the company.
- Record accounting entries, voucher entries, journal entries, and ledger postings in Tally ERP.
- Manage purchase accounting, vendor invoices, and subcontractor bills.
- Process vendor payments and maintain Accounts Payable records.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and project-wise accounts.
- Maintain project-wise cost records and expense tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Site Engineers, and Project Teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain proper accounting records and support internal/external audits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com/M.Com (Accounting/Finance)



or equivalent qualification.
- 25 years of experience in Accounting preferably in MEP/Construction/Infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in handling project accounting, vendor reconciliation, and purchase accounting.
- Good understanding of contractor bills, work orders, purchase orders, and material accounting.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
