Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and coordinate civil engineering activities for projects.
- Prepare and review civil and structural designs before construction starts.
- Check drawings, calculations, and documents submitted by consultants and contractors.
- Work with other departments such as mechanical, electrical, and project teams.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
- Track project progress and prepare reports.
- Follow Indian and international standards, Factory Rules, and PESO requirements.
- Support problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Industrial civil and structural design
- Chemical,fertilizer,oil&gas; plant project experience
- EPC / EPCM / PMC project knowledge
- AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar civil software
- Project planning and coordination
- Vendor and contractor management
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and documentation control
