Job Description Summary

Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Robust experience in D365 Finance and Operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of X++ development.
- Experience with extensions, forms, tables, classes, and workflows.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, OData, and Data Management Framework.
- Experience with SSRS reports, Electronic Reporting, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, and deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, or inventory modules.
