Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruit Sales Representatives for business expansion.
- Train and guide Sales Representatives on sales strategies.
- Conduct joint customer meetings with Sales Representatives.
- Assist Sales Representatives in lead generation.
- Monitor sales performance and productivity.
- Build robust customer relationships.
- Ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Submit regular business reports.

Candidate Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree.




- Minimum 1+ year of Field Sales experience.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ready for local travel.
