Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Listing & Catalogue Intern to support our e-commerce operations team. The intern will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various online marketplaces while ensuring accurate and high-quality product information.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and upload product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon,Etsy, Ebay, and other marketplaces.
- Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and attributes as required.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy, completeness, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketplace teams for listing-related requirements.
- Monitor listing quality and resolve catalogue errors or suppression issues.
- Maintain product data records and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure product information is up to date.




- Assist in bulk uploads and catalogue management activities using Excel and marketplace tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in e-commerce and online marketplace operations.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and catalogue management.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data handling.
- Ability to manage large volumes of product data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
