Role & responsibilities

We are seeking talented individuals who possesses a strong understanding and ready to join our team as Handicraft & Home Decor Designers. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to showcase your creativity and contribute to the growth of our platform dedicated to handmade crafts and artisanal home decor, seasonal (Christmas, Halloween, and Easter etc.) products

- Design a range of handmade crafts and home decor items, incorporating unique cultural influences and traditional craftsmanship techniques.
- Collaborate with artisans and makers to bring designs to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the handicraft and home decor industry.
- Contribute to the curation of product collections and seasonal showcases on our platform.




- Provide guidance and support to artisans on product development and design refinement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in designing handicrafts, home decor products, or related fields.
- The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of materials such as wood, fabrics, resin, MDF, etc., enabling them to effectively incorporate and design products within our range.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator etc. will be an advantage.
- Strong artistic skills and a portfolio showcasing original designs and creative projects.
- Knowledge of traditional crafting techniques and materials, with a passion for preserving cultural heritage.
