Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial data to management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting records in ERP/Tally systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance when required.

Preferred candidate profile





- Min 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
