- Provide application and technical support for printing systems
- Handle color management, profiling, and print quality optimization
- Conduct machine demos, trials, and sampling at customer sites
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with the sales team
- Train customers on product usage and workflows
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / Graduation in Printing or related field
- Experience in digital printing / color management tools
- Solid customer-handling and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
