Joining ASAP Role Summary Were looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to work with AI & Analytics Transformation Leaders to turn business needs into production-ready AI and analytics solutions for Sales & Marketing. You will shape requirements, coordinate compliance, validate ground truth, ensure data quality, and lead UAT through final sign off—while keeping all stakeholders aligned. Key Responsibilities Discovery & Requirements • Lead requirements elicitation with business owners, personas, and stakeholders. • Document As-Is / To-Be processes. • Translate needs into BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Maintain traceability across requirements design test release. • Align scope, priorities, and success measures. Data & Ground Truth • Identify required data sources and align with data owners and delivery teams. • Lead ground truth creation with SMEs for model training and evaluation. • Run data quality profiling and highlight risks with mitigation actions. Compliance & Risk • Coordinate with Legal, Security,



and Governance for privacy, consent, retention, DPIA/DPA, and AI/LLM governance. • Ensure data minimization and proper handling of personal/confidential data. • Maintain risk/issue logs and mitigation plans. Delivery & UAT • Prepare UAT strategy, plan, and test cases mapped to requirements. • Execute UAT, manage defects, and ensure closure. • Validate outputs against acceptance criteria and drive final sign offs. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Facilitate workshops, standups, and steering updates; provide transparent status reports. • Manage expectations, dependencies, and change requests. • Prepare materials for leadership reviews and program forums. Documentation & Governance • Maintain project portfolio, BRD/FRD, data docs, test assets, and change logs. • Update compliance trackers. • Define and document KPIs for deployment, adoption, and business impact.
