Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Tally Prime, GST, taxation, and financial reporting, along with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales, purchase, GST, and tax invoices.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Record journal entries, ledger postings, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.




- Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Support export invoicing, documentation, and finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- 15 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Experience in export/import accounting will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
