Role & responsibilities

- Execution of Filling batch planning as per shift planning.
- Job allocation to the off-roll man power.
- Monitoring of the filling activity, batch process, breakdown, Batch ticket completion, Final FG and waste management.
- Coordination with the QC team for every batch.
- Monitoring the 5S of filling section
- Observing the filling process as per SOP to check the abnormality.
- Observing the reasons of low production & bottle neck against the target & discuss with superiors to make it up to the target.
- Monitoring & doing the Yubi sashi kosko on the floor to reduce the abnormality.
- Coordinating with the superiors to produce the maximum output of filling
