As we continue to strengthen our leadership team and expand our business, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to work directly with the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in driving the company's next phase of growth.

Job Summary

The General Manager will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the overall business performance of the organization. Working closely with the Managing Director, the role will provide strategic direction, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure all departments operate in alignment with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.

This is not a departmental role. We are looking for a leader who can oversee the entire business, drive organizational performance, build strong leadership teams, implement scalable systems, and create a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Managing Director to execute the company's vision, strategic initiatives, and long-term business goals.
- Provide overall leadership and direction across all business functions, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment between departments.
- Oversee the performance of Sales, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, IT, Customer Experience, and other support functions.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, market expansion, and overall organizational performance.
- Develop and strengthen business processes, SOPs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Monitor business performance through MIS reports, dashboards,



and key performance indicators, ensuring timely decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, operational improvements, cost optimization, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and governance standards while maintaining the highest levels of operational discipline.
- Act as the bridge between the Managing Director and all business functions, ensuring strategic decisions are effectively communicated, implemented, and monitored across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can lead a business, not just manage a department.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Master's Degree (MBA) in Business Administration, General Management, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 6–8+ years of progressive leadership experience in General Management, Business Management, or Operations Leadership.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple business functions.
- Solid business and commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and organizational performance.
- Experience in business planning, operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting, Microsoft Excel, and business analytics.
