Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Delivery:

Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science) and Hindi for senior secondary classes (Grades 11-12).
Design and implement differentiated instructional strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
Develop effective teaching materials, including presentations, worksheets, and handouts.

Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive, respectful learning environment.
Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive and collaborative activities.

Assessment & Evaluation:
Design and administer periodic assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
Provide timely feedback on students' academic performance.
Prepare and grade board examinations and internal assessments.





Curriculum Development:
Follow the curriculum guidelines provided by the school or educational board.
Participate in curriculum planning and revision based on student progress and feedback.
Stay updated on educational trends and teaching methodologies.

Student Support:
Provide academic guidance and counseling to students.
Identify and address learning challenges, and offer additional support when necessary.
Encourage holistic development by promoting co-curricular activities related to Social Science and Hindi.

Career development:
