Key Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in coordinating executive or leadership development programs, including event logistics, participant management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in managing or leading a team for coordinated efforts and optimal delivery
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Provide effective support to program managers, ensuring coordinated efforts and optimal delivery of Executive Development programs.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including organizing logistics such as classroom materials, dinners, and speakers for Executive Development programs.
- Record and maintain accurate information about training sessions, participant inquiries, and travel itineraries in databases or spreadsheets for tracking and reference purposes.




- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including program trainers, and provide comprehensive support to program managers before, during, and after program delivery.
- Monitor, interpret, and maintain budget recording for various Executive Development programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate the distribution and collection of evaluation processes to assess program impact, effectiveness, and areas for improvement; participate in after-action reviews post program delivery.
- Provide central coordination for administrative processes, including timely and accurate reporting to the Executive Development Team and stakeholders.
- Resolve roadblocks and issues encountered at any stage of program execution, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ascertain program status, requirements, gaps, and other details necessary for successful execution; present highlights on projected, planned, and current status of program activities.
- Ability to manage and update program documentation, content, and digital assets for professional development initiatives.
- Background in supporting cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and managing project timelines within a fast organizational workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues
