Role & responsibilities

Skill :

1. Should have knowledge of construction material.

2. Prior Experience in working with contractors in construction companies.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Maintaining GRN, Inward, Outward, Material Return & Reconciliation o Material, Gate pass.

2. Record the store material receipt and consumption on a daily basis & Checking the stock as per records

3. Maintaining material with 5S, FIFO, LIFO.

Activities he will Carry out.

1. Physical Inspection & Verification of material received at site as per PO.

2. Issuing material as per requirement of various department at site

3. Preparing gate pass, GRN, Material received receipt, Material issued receipt

4. Update On ERP on daily basis (material consumption report, material requirement, material reconciliation report)

5. Raise purchase requisition to purchase department HO as per indent shared by site department.

6.



Ensuring Zero wastage of material and ensuring transparency of material stock.

7. Any other work as assigned by Project manager
