Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations across Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building a high-performing sales team, and strengthening relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and channel partners across the state.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the company's sales operations across Bihar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
- Drive dealer and channel partner expansion across key markets in Bihar.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, conversions, and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and installation teams for seamless project execution.




- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value projects.
- Review pricing, margins, and business performance to ensure sustainable growth.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and provide strategic inputs to management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
- 510 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Aluminium Systems, UPVC, Glass, Faade, Architectural Products, Construction Materials, Hardware, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Paints, Electricals, or related industries.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Strong network with builders, architects, developers, consultants, and channel partners across Bihar will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.
