Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage employee retention by identifying key factors affecting turnover rates and implementing strategies to improve morale, engagement, and overall well-being.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels within the organization to ensure open communication channels and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HRSD team to design and deliver training programs that enhance soft skills, leadership development, and growth opportunities opportunities for employees.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., exit interviews) to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
- Strong understanding of PF Act regulations and its application in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
