About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Relationship Officer to drive project sales and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem. The role involves working closely with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, dealers, and project influencers to generate business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned project sales targets within the designated territory.
- Manage and develop business across project segments such as Builders, Residential Societies, Commercial Projects, Factories, Hotels, Institutions, etc.
- Build strong relationships with Builders, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Retailers.
- Identify and convert new project opportunities through regular market visits and prospecting.
- Maintain a healthy project funnel and track opportunities to ensure business visibility.




- Drive influencer engagement and channel development activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with dealers for smooth commercial operations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, schemes, and current product launches.
- Execute promotional campaigns, project schemes, and engagement programs in the territory.
- Provide excellent customer service through regular site visits, issue resolution, and project follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of project pipeline, sales performance, and market intelligence.

Education:

- Graduate (Any )
- B.E./B.Tech candidates may also apply

Experience:

- Freshers to 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Project Sales, Channel Sales, Construction Materials, Paints, Building Materials, Cement, Steel, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Electricals, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
