We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 2 to 3 years of extensive GDS knowledge and experience in the travel domain, specifically Amadeus/Sabre. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and be able to work from the office in Thane.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and fulfill travel-related queries efficiently.
- Utilize expertise in Amadeus/Sabre for seamless travel bookings and reservations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in GDS systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of experience in the travel domain, preferably in Amadeus/Sabre.




- Strong knowledge of GDS systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a rotational shift environment, including 24*7 shifts.
- Strict adherence to IBU transport boundaries of Thane is required.
- Two rotational week offs per month.
- Comms level - STRICTLY Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of comms).

The interview process includes HR, Amcat, Writex test, and ops rounds.
