Key Responsibilities 1. Co-ordinating with Production Planner to get the updated production schedules. 2. To raise the indent for current projects based on Budgeted RMC in Iproc. 3. Preparation of BOM & MRP based on the ongoing & upcoming projects.4. Daily discussion with the SCM team on the RM/Solvents arrival status & sharing MOM. 5.



Discussing with QC to ensure the RM unavailabilitys for monthly plan.6. Initiating retest ontime and consumption of inventory before expiry.7. Maintaining adequate inventory based on JIT and Safety stocks8. Ensuring packing material availability as per project requirements as on when its required. 9. Ensuring updation of BOM & MRP based on RM Variance sheet10. Ensuring zero Stock Outs & minimum Detention of Solvent tankers. 11. Monthly MRP discussion with SCM to project the next 3 months requirements based on BOM. Adjust and replanning of materials based on the business requirements

Experience/Qualification:

- M.Tech/MBA/M.Sc/B.Tech with 8-13 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral):

- Excellent work knowledge in Microsoft Excel is must with all functionalities.
- MIS Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per need.
- Database Management for PPIC function.
