- Plan and manage day-to-day production in sheet metal, plating, and assembly.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
- Supervise teams across Sheet Metal, welding, buffing, and finishing operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization.
- Monitor material usage, plating quality (MS & SS), and reduce rework/rejections.
- Machining knowledge like_ press tools, progressive tools, pneumatic & hydraulic machines, lathe, milling, chamfering).
- Ensure safety, machinery upkeep, and compliance with standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and develop shop-floor staff.Role & responsibilities
