In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Procurement operation and coordinating with customer. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for someone who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Work Location- Bangalore (Return to office from day one)

Shift Timing- US shift

Responsibilities

- Relevant years of overall experience in Global Procurement Operations
- Ariba end to end knowledge required and positive knowledge in Invoice processing, PR/PO creation and logistics management in Ariba.
- Experience in Service now ticketing tool.
- Vendor setup process for US client, Create and maintain contracts & NDAs.
- Knowledge in Indirect procurement will be a add on advantage.
- Knowledge in Spot buy activities.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.




- Efficiently handle the entire requisition to payment process. Manage PO Processing & Invoice Reconciliation
- Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to procurement activities.
- Provide support via functional mailbox or ticketing tool to procurement teams and end-users.
- Administer and maintain procurement systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide technical support to procurement teams and end-users.
- Implement and enforce data security measures within procurement systems.
- Manage integrations with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes & develop user guides and documentation to assist end-users.
- Monitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement.
