Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers and guide them through their property leasing/buying journey
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls and follow-ups
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information on services




- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements
- Maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools
- Meet daily/weekly engagement and resolution targets
- Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (2023/2024/2025/2026 batch welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Knowledge of regional languages in addition to English is a plus
