We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Management Trainee. The candidate will support accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, audits, and MIS reporting in a fast-paced EV manufacturing environment. The role involves active participation in audit activities as a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
- Manage accounting entries, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis reports for management
Compliance & Audit:
- Support internal and statutory audit activities and coordination
- Ensure timely completion of audit requirements and queries
- Maintain proper financial documentation and audit-ready records
- Support GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in process improvement and finance automation initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for finance-related requirements
- Support ERP/SAP-related finance operations
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI
- Should have done auditing during article ship
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to manufacturing or automotive industry during article ship
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
- Interest in EV industry and startup environment
