Role & responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, and comments) in accordance with company policies and community guidelines.
- Identify, investigate, and remove inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality while reviewing content within defined productivity targets.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content professionally.
- Stay up to date with moderation policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Document review decisions and maintain accurate records.
- Report trends, recurring issues, and potential risks identified during content review.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.




- Robust attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to make objective decisions based on defined guidelines.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Previous experience in content moderation, non-voice process, trust & safety, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
