We are seeking an Accounts Manager with strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on Tally ERP experience, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work closely with operations teams.
The role requires regular visits to fuel pumps and operational sites for account verification, cash reconciliation and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage Cash handling, cash verification, and cash reconciliation activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance-related accounting.
- Work extensively on Tally ERP for accounting entries, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Conduct periodic visits to fuel pumps and operational sites for verification and reconciliation purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on working experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
Good knowledge of:
- GST, TDS, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank and ledger reconciliations
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF / SUMIFS
- Robust cash handling and cash reconciliation experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Must own a personal vehicle for local travel.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Comfortable working from fuel pumps and operational locations whenever required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
