Job Location-Jodhpur, Barmer and near by area (Near by 100KM area from both cities)

Role & responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities

- Product Cross-selling: Pitching financial products like credit cards, loans, FDs, insurance, and mutual funds to existing account holders.
- Customer Acquisition: Onboarding current customers (especially targeting high-value "Classic" portfolios) and bringing in family accounts to expand the relationship size
- Relationship Management: Acting as the dedicated point of contact for designated clients; resolving queries and ensuring high-quality service.
- Lead Generation: While leads are generated from branch footfall, bankers must often travel outside the branch to meet corporate clients, builders, and individuals to generate fresh business.
- Compliance & Operations: Handling documentation, KYC processing,



and occasionally assisting with lobby or locker operations
- Portfolio & Relationship Management: Manage and grow a designated portfolio of Classic clients. Deepen relationships by bringing family members into the portfolio and increasing the customer's overall wallet share.
- Customer Service: Resolve client inquiries, prevent account attrition, and promote digital banking channels (NetBanking/Mobile Banking)

Experience: Generally requires 3+ years of frontline sales and relationship experience, preferably in retail branch banking

Certifications: Candidates are often preferred to hold NISM (Mutual Funds) and IRDA (Insurance) certifications.
