Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM/PCMCS). The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability modeling, cost allocation, and financial reporting. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions that support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EPBCS and EPCM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Design and configure planning applications for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain profitability models, cost allocation methodologies, driver-based calculations, and scenario analysis using EPCM.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, business rules, forms, dashboards, task lists, and security.
- Develop calculation scripts, business rules, Groovy scripts, and automation processes.
- Build and maintain data integrations using EPM Data Integration, Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Design and develop Financial Reporting, Smart View templates, dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform application migrations across environments using Lifecycle Management (LCM).
- Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A;, IT, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user training materials.

Required Skills





- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations and support.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
- Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM/PCMCS)

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, profitability analysis, and cost allocations.
- Experience with Planning modules including:

- Financial Planning
- Workforce Planning
- Capital Planning
- Project Planning
- Strategic Modeling (preferred)

- Expertise in business rules, calculation scripts, Groovy scripting, and substitution variables.
- Experience with EPM Data Integration, Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Smart View, Financial Reporting, and Dashboard development.
- Experience in metadata management, security configuration, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Oracle Cloud EPM Certification is preferred.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, or third-party ERP systems.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, or Narrative Reporting is desirable.

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud consulting.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle EPBCS and EPCM implementation projects.
- Experience in application upgrades, enhancements, production support, and performance optimization.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Good to Have

- Experience with Groovy scripting for advanced planning automation.
- Knowledge of Narrative Reporting and Management Reporting.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management for Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Familiarity with financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
