- Experience in leading and mentoring competency team members
- Lead architecture design sessions and create architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
- Define integration patterns and standards for SAP Integration Suite implementations.
- Manage technical dependencies and integration points across multiple SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure integrated solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Working on Onshore and Offshore model, coordination with Offshore team
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies throughout the integration lifecycle.

Technical and Skilled Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Integration space.
- Exposure to multiple middleware technologies in the market and best practices and have experience as integration architect for more than one integration technologies
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Exposure to various business scenarios (A2A and B2B) and experience in working on all major adapters like SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, ODATA, JDBC, SuccessFactors etc.
- Clarity of security concepts - SSL and PGP encryptions and having experience in Groovy scripts and XSLT Mapping
- Must have knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit
- Perform Unit, System and Integration testing at the various phases of the project lifecycle and document the results of the testing process.
- Expertise in SAP Integration Suite components such as SAP PI / PO and designing EDI [B2B] interfaces, SAP CPI, API Management, Event Mesh and the base architecture of SAP BTP.
