Rotational Shifts

Role & responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls in a qualified and timely manner in Kannada
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or appropriate guidance in Kannada




- Handle customer complaints with patience and work toward satisfactory resolution in Kannada

Preferred candidate profile :Any 12th pass/Graduate who is fluent in Kannada can apply.
