Position: Marketing Executive Location: Kochi, Kerala (Head Office, with travel to project sites and client locations) Industry: Interiors & Civil Works Modular Furniture & Interior Products

Key Responsibilities

- Client & Architect Engagement

- Meet with clients, architects, and consultants to promote company services.
- Build strong relationships to secure new projects in interiors and civil works.
- Present design concepts, product offerings, and company portfolio to potential clients.

- Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for interior projects.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence in Ernakulam and Kerala.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects.

- Product Marketing

- Promote modular furniture, interior products, and customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and architects.
- Coordinate with factory and design teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

- Market Research & Strategy

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management for product development and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and project negotiations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track project progress and client satisfaction post-sales.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in interiors, furniture, or construction industry.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client and site meetings.
