A B O U T T H E R O L E

We're looking for an NPD Executive to support Anveshan's new product development pipeline from market research and sample coordination to trials, documentation, compliance checks and launch support. Reporting to the NPD Manager, you'll work closely with R&D;, Quality, Procurement, Packaging, Brand and Category teams to keep every NPD project moving on time and on spec. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll own the coordination, documentation and follow-ups that turn product ideas into launch-ready products, and grow into deeper ownership as the pipeline scales.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S Research & Insight Support

Track the market. Compile competitor benchmarks, pricing data, customer reviews and marketplace trends across q-commerce and e-commerce to support new product decisions.

Mine customer feedback. Analyse ratings and reviews of our own and competitor products to surface gaps and improvement ideas.

Trials & Development Support

Coordinate samples and trials. Arrange raw material and product samples, coordinate lab, pilot and production trials, and ensure trial materials are ready on time.

Document everything. Maintain trial reports, sensory evaluation records, shelf-life study trackers and learnings for every iteration.

Compliance Support

Support label and claims checks. Verify draft labels against FSSAI and Legal Metrology requirements and keep compliance documents,



test reports and certificates audit-ready.

Costing & Documentation

Maintain product data. Keep product specifications, BOMs, vendor quotes and cost sheets accurate and up to date for every project.

Launch Coordination

Follow up across teams. Track launch checklists across Packaging, Operations, Brand and Category artwork, first production runs, listings and dispatch readiness.

Support post-launch tracking. Monitor early ratings, reviews and returns for new launches and flag issues for quick action.

Project Coordination

Keep projects moving. Maintain NPD project trackers, timelines and dependencies; escalate delays and blockers to the NPD Manager proactively.

W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R

3-5 years of experience in NPD, R&D;, quality or food product development preferably in food / FMCG. Freshers with a strong aptitude and relevant education may also apply.

Educational background. B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology or a related field.

Basic understanding of food formulation, processing and shelf-life concepts.

Familiarity with FSSAI labelling norms is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data compilation, trackers and cost sheets.

Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills across multiple teams and vendors.

High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced workplace.
