- Handle customer queries and concerns through Voice and Chat support channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams as per process guidelines.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Adapt to process updates, training programs, and business requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office location.
