Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) is looking for a agile, full-time Officer Relationship Management to join our team in Mysuru !
As an Ambassador for SVYM, you will connect with donors, share our rich history and strategic vision, and build powerful partnerships to fuel our socio-economic development projects .
Key Responsibilities:
- Donor Ambassadorship: Represent SVYM to potential and existing funders, sharing our vision and current project impact .
- Fundraising Growth: Conduct market research, handle retail fundraising, re-engage lapsed donors, and increase donor wallet share .
- Relationship Management: Manage existing funder relationships, resolve escalations proactively, and provide regular project updates .
- Lead Generation: Cold call and secure meetings with potential CSR and individual funders based on strategic market scans .
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Graduate or Master s Degree in the Development Sector, CSR, or Marketing Sales .
- Experience: Freshers or professionals with 1 2 years of experience in the NGO sector are preferred .
- Language Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Kannada .
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (reporting and presentations) . Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a strong advantage .
- Core Attributes: Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional follow-up habits, and an openness to learn
