Key Responsibilities

- Route Planning & Logistics: Organize and schedule daily or weekly delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
- Fleet Management: Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, arrange necessary repairs, and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers and transport activities comply with government shipping laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise drivers and dispatch teams,



managing work schedules, conducting training, and promoting protected work practices.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor transportation costs, manage overhead, and ensure department expenses align with approved financial budgets.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, shipping delays, or delivery discrepancies
