Role & responsibilities

- Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain and manage control sample stocks and associated records.
- Support testing and release/rejection of materials and products as per quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in SAP and ensure proper documentation of QC activities.
- Compile and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and submit them to QA on time.
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QC processes.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and 5S standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 standards for medical devices.
- Assist in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives as per ISO 45001 standards.
- Contribute to Workplace Management Systems (EMS) as per ISO 14001 guidelines.
- Maintain good housekeeping, ensure the proper use of equipment, and prioritize safety within the lab.
- Ensure the calibration of analytical instruments and troubleshoot testing errors.
- Provide necessary chemicals and solutions to the production team promptly.




- Perform trend analysis of QC data for critical processes.
- Compile and review QC reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Utilize testing equipment such as Universal Tensile Machines, Vernier calipers, and micrometers for analysis.
- Train and develop QC team members for multi-skilling and compliance with quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance QC processes.
- Ensure lab readiness for audits and lead initiatives for compliance and quality enhancement.

- Proficient in analytical testing, chemical analysis, and instrument calibration.
