- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube.
- Plan and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation, CPL, and ROAS targets.
- Conduct keyword research, create campaign structures, and manage negative keywords.
- Monitor Search Term Reports and continuously optimize bids, budgets, and ad performance.
- Set up and maintain Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and UTM tracking.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports on spend, leads, CPL, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the Meta Ads Specialist on cross-platform audience targeting and retargeting campaigns.
- Review creatives and landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
- Identify campaign issues, tracking gaps, and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI.
