We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and expand our Home Care Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building robust relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients, increasing patient referrals, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Home Care Services to hospitals, doctors, clinics, rehabilitation centres, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital discharge teams, referral partners, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and prospective clients.




- Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Deliver presentations on Home Care Services to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
