The Debt Management Specialist is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, recovering overdue payments, and maintaining robust financial relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Case to Case tracking.
- Resolution at per AOP within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio Management.
- Debt Collection Strategy.
- Target Achievement.
- Regulatory Compliance.
- Reporting and Analysis.
