JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose

Data-driven qualified responsible for delivering AML, Compliance, through MIS reporting, dashboards, and actionable business insights. The role focuses on data analysis, trend identification, regulatory reporting, while contributing to data, process, and reporting improvement initiatives through effective stakeholder coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or equivalent tools.
- Data Extraction for complex data structures for regulatory reporting using SQL, Python and other tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and actionable insights.
- Develop and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and management information for regulatory and business reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Convert business requirements into meaningful analytics, reports, and performance metrics.
- Enhance AML monitoring effectiveness through alert analysis, rule optimization.
- Support automation, process improvement, and change management projects.
- Ensure compliance with AML policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
- Provide analytical support during audits, regulatory reviews,



and compliance assessments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate Degree, 3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, BIU, Compliance Analytics, or Business Reporting.
- Domain knowledge pertaining to BFL products.
- Knowledge of AI and other tools is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Internal Policies, Risk, Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret Regulatory requirements.
- Applicant should be well versed with MS Excel, and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks assigned.
- Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company.
- High motivational levels and a self-starter.
