Role Summary:

We are currently looking to hire an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Business Development & Sales Head to strengthen our international logistics and freight forwarding business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our logistics business across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Malaysia.
- Generate recent business opportunities and acquire corporate clients involved in import-export activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, freight partners, and corporate customers.
- Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company during client meetings, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or export-import industry.




- Strong understanding of international trade and cross-border logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and manage key client relationships.
